@ElleMarina i dont know if you’ve received your products from sun labs yet but id like to let you know many people have had this problem i do love sun labs products but refuse to buy them from the site i buy mine at ulta the site is unreliable according to the bbb (better business bureau) most places like this don’t mean to be neglecting but they started out as very small business’s and have a hard time accommodating to the change in costumer population which is no excuse for bad customer serv.
Just wanted to let everyone know that Sun Labs is a subsidiary of Studio Beauty Warehouse. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for issues regarding advertising/sales (promotional scams), billing, product and delivery issues. DO NOT give any money to this company.
