Review: MAC Mineralize SPF15 Foundation.mov
Review on MAC Mineralize SPF 15 Cream Foundation in NC30. I used it with the MAC tapered foundation brush. I really wanted to love this foundation…but I found that it broke me out and as soon as I stopped using it The texture and glowing finish is soooo nice, but is not a good match for my oily combination skin
. I will still rate the MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation as a superior product for my skin type.

what a pity that it broke you out.
I got mine two weeks ago but still don’t have chance to experience it. I am still keeping my finger crossed.
Anyway, i love the glowy effect it gives.
@cuccy I KNOW! i really liked it too. but i guess it is off to try another foundation. haha
wonderful review!! It so sucks that you broke out with it though
… it sounds like it really works well in the coverage and overall look.
I love that you applied it with a brush… I’ve never been one to use foundation much until only about a year ago when my face became really uneven & had blemishes… I use a line called Sacha – “makeup for women with exotic skin tones and yellow undertones” … I may try using a brush with my cream foundation
Thanks for the tip!
thank you so much for watching. let me know if the new application works
xo
Indeed, creme foundations are the best for dry skin types and powder foundations for oily skin!
@DreamWish7 now…if only i could find a nice cream foundation that is okay for combination skin!!!
Mac is an excellent product but I use lancome dual finish powder because it doesnt cause be to breakout

@almondeyes1211 hmm! I haven’t heard too much about the Lancome powder. I might give that a shot then
awesome review!
does anyone know whether using a good face primer could help against the breakout with mac products? thats probly a silly question, but ive heard that it can serve as a sort of protection for your pores, so that the foundation does seep into your skin so much? anyone know if its true?
