Yeaahh man. Good job, this \banana boat is nasty stuff that can cause cancer and hurts the enviroment. My dad owns Soleo Organics. i get all the lectures about this stuff, Thanks for spreading the word!
I love you, but you scare the cr@p outta me!
YES …sun screen is the cause of skin cancer. The evidence is overwhelming but is being kept from the public.Keep flying that flag people and keep believing that government is your friend.
do a search for it on the environmental working group website. You might want to switch to the Badger brand which topped the list!
Use a sunscreen that does not contain harmful chemicals like the Badger brand or any of the other top 5 Sean mentioned from the Environmental Working Group website. Also, getting sun (as long as you don’t burn) is VITAL to your health – sun is how your body produces Vitamin D which may be the most important nutrient there is. Warmer climates have LESS rates of skin cancer because Vit. D prevents cancer and builds your immune system.
this nigga is smart, just like other hip-hop masterminds.
But as a black person do you really need Sun Screen anyways?
Erm nishaboston, i think you will find sunscreen is supposed to protect the skin from harmful rays, what the hell does the colour of the skin have to do with it, or were you just being a racist dumb ass.
Wow grow the hell up! How is that being racist? So I am a black woman being racist towards blacks? Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I was asking a legitimate question that I actually found the answer to on medical websites. People with darker skin have melanin that protects us from harmful UV rays, therefore people with darker skin have a lower chance is being sunburned or skin cancer. That is whY i asked the question. So look at my question again and stop assuming and jumping to conclusions.
Maybe if you had put the question as “do I” rather than “do you” there wouldn’t be any confusion i apologise if i offended you.
just for the record, the longer your videos are, the more I love them. I just soak up everything you say. You are very well researched and usually post references to the right. As an aspiring nutritionist, I value every point and argument you throw at us and every bit of information that you’ve attained through experience with your clients and through trusted sources.
A health teacher from freshmen year in High School said that even if you have dark skin, she made it sound like everybody’s a victim towards the UV rays of the sun so everybody’s on the same boat which is not the case. There are people of color that do get sunburn but as MistahDjAj said “people with darker skibn have a lower chance of being sunburned or skin cancer”. It less harmfull on dark-skinned people. It’s not racial, it’s a biologically fact…
…Also what needs to be taken into consideration is the environment where people of the African Disapora and their ancestor came from. If live in areas where there’s constant sunlight in tropical climates.
Its funny how people so willingly put anything on their skin that they think will moisturize, protect, prevent wrinkles, etc.. But ask them if they’d like a big bowl of Ethylhexyl p-Methoxycinnamate with some Oxybenzone in a cream with 20 other chemicals and they’ll be like “Hell No!” But in actuallity, absorbing something through your skin is practically the same as ingesting it. I’m an irish guy who is outdoors all the time, use no sunscreen and do fine, I just eat properly and use vitamin E..
I’m a male and i have small tits
Hard lumps under my nipples…. because of the stupid enviroment..
Nice shirt.. 2pac rocks! RIP 1996
speak out the truth!
this is such a great vid, ive been looking up on sunscreens and natural stuff lately and i have no idea how harmful cosmetic stuff can be, well i did have an idea but never realised all those intoxins in the bloodstream and can cause concerns for your health and babies
