My year-and-a-half-old water dragon is in a 75 gal tank (he will get a bigger cage soon) and he has a 100w PowerSun UV light (and I’m pretty sure it’s less than 6 months ago when I gave it to him) and he eats salad greens and gets his crickets dusted every other time I give them to him. He had a UV light in his other tank before I got him the PowerSun and he has exposure to natural sunlight every week.
But recently I have noticed that he has some swollen joints and his toes sometimes randomly twitch. He also doesn’t walk and jump as fast as he could before, and he prefers to just shuffle along the ground without lifting much of the back part of his body up. Why do you think this is? It seems like I’ve been taking perfect care of him but now he looks more sick than ever. I’m planning on taking him to the vet in another week or so when we have enough money to get him an x-ray and make sure he doesn’t have a lot of bone problems, but what other treatments can I do at home? Is there anything I need to be doing that I’m not already? Any advice welcome… Thanks!

I don’t color my hair or use styling products or anything anymore, very rare.
Hairtype: medium-long, brunette(shiy reddish orange), mild waves, dry hair with oily scalp.
-Looking for a moisturising spray that will not leave my hair greasy, and will protect it from the suns rays and also help with my untamable broken frizz hair.
-An easy to find product is needed, Walmart perhaps?
-Also a decent price, gotta be something out there affordable.
Just trying my hardest to be kind to my hair, seeing how its all frizzy and broken from stress or my hair pulling OCD or something, real pain in the butt.
-Trust me i try my best with my hair, will be gettting an inch off, i just don’t suit short hair
Anyways, just gave additional info to try and find the best product for my hairtype. Would love to hear any feedback on your successes with products, natural would be an amazing bonus!
So, my natural nails have grown and I want to remove the gel and polish and file them thinner to look more natural and just continue to let my own grow… but I took an hour trying to get 3 nails down, the uv gel wasn’t coming off with my nail polish remover and I have a good one. so I had to file on top of the uv gel, took me too long… what helps? besides going to the nail shop and having them do it.
Thanks for your advice.

Ok so I’ve been doing acrylic nails since I was 13 in grade school, but I finally stopped at 15 and since then I’ve been doing my own manicures on my natural nail. But now at 17, I do a lot of work that puts a lot of wear and tear on my nails so I decided to do gel nails for a first time because I didn’t want a lot of damage done to my natural nails. So I went to a salon that I’ve been going to for years, and I’m not sure if she did gel nails. Like she just did this clear polish as a base, and put me under the uv dryer for like 3 minutes, then she used a color polish for gel nails another 3 minutes, then a top coat and another 3 minutes. Is that it? I thought they used powder and the liquid? And now after 3 days on certain nails, there chipped already. Like one nail, it’s slightly jagged on the corner and another it’s chipped on the corner. Are gel nails supped to do that? Oh and how bad would it be to get acrylic nails after gels? I’m going to coushatta in Louisiana on labor day weekend and I wanna get acrylic nails before I go. I need more durability to protect my nails. Any thoughts?
