when i first got my red eared slider turtle she would bask under the uv lamp alot now she has stoped and usauly sits in the shallow water next to the land under the uv lamp only with her head out i am worried cuz i now she needs the lamp for her shells health i also do take her outside and in a tank for her to get natural sunlight almost every other day she gets around an hour outside is this enough

okay so im latino. and i get really tan. and i have that natural tan…but i get so pale in the winter and it doesnt look right. like it looks like i should be darker. and i know how unhealthy UV rays are and how much damage they cause. so i want a natural looking tan. not orange. and i don’t wanna go overboard. that looks fake. but i know the lotion makes your palms orange. so whats your opinion?

Hi!I just switched using facial cleanser from Ponds to Olay. I’m 25 years old and been using Ponds product line for almost 7 years now. Ponds works for me but lately I noticed dullness with my face and thought of switching to another brand.I tried OLAY WHITE RADIANCE UV Skin Whitening Facial Cleanser & Skin Whitening Lotion.The first time I used it looks good on me but 3 days after I’ve some pimple outbreak. Not that worst thought but my face gets a little oily. Do you think it’s better for me to continue using it?Is it a natural effect by using OLAY for the first time?I really appreciate your advise.Thanks!

I will be going for mountain climbing tomorrow so im sure i’ll get a lot of sunburn.
As i have a very very sensitive skin, i will be using sunscreen spf 50 (Garnier skin naturals – UV protect).
But im not sure how well this product works as this is my first time trying this product.
and my skin is also quite dark so i seriously dont want myself to get sun tan and become even more darker.
What else should i do before going out in the sun and after the outside activities? Has anyone used this garnier product before? will this really work?
And what other important precautions should i take?
